We had dinner in the first days of February, cozy place and hospitality, few seats and it is recommended to book! Revised Bulgarian cuisine, we tried at least 10 different dishes and all the dishes were delicious, the service was excellent! We will definitely be back
We went on Saturday evening, enjoyed ourselves so much we returned on Sunday lunch with more people.
First, design and layout. Charles Ronnie McIntosh inspired chairs. Simple black and white walls and beams. Open kitchen.
Second, chef proprietor. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic.
Third, the food. Local, Bansko and Bulgarian produce made into local dishes with a twist. So, so good. The Tarator was served in a pint glass, I had steak tartar, then I had the red pepper starter on the second day. The other starters were equally well prepared and presented. They all tasted fabulous.
I had the kebabshke on Sunday. Veal and pork mixed. Soft, juicy. Amazing. I had a home pressed low alcohol apple juice and a rose lemonad
It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.
